At Sevier County Choppers, we offer two tailored pathways to help you achieve your helicopter pilot career goals—whether you want to accelerate your training or progress at your own pace.
1. Professional Pilot Program
Our Professional Pilot Program is designed for students aiming to quickly become a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and start building flight hours toward the 1,000-hour requirement many aviation companies require.
Program Highlights
- Limited Enrollment: Only 4 students per year
- Duration: 6–9 months
- Training:Complete certification from 0 to 200 hours, including
- Private Pilot
- Instrument Rating
- Commercial Pilot
- CFI & CFII
- Job Placement:Guaranteed position as a CFII/Tour Pilot after program completion
- Deposit:$3,000 non-refundable (applied toward training costs)

This program is perfect for those looking to fast-track their flight career while gaining professional experience.
2. Flexible Training Option
For students who prefer to train at their own pace, we offer the same complete certification path without a guaranteed job placement. Start training anytime and progress toward your pilot goals on your schedule.
Training Costs & Aircraft Rental
- Total Program Cost: Approximately $90,700 (includes written exams, practical exam fees, books, and medical certificate)
- Aircraft Rental Rates: Approximately $90,700 (includes written exams, practical exam fees, books, and medical certificate)
- R22: $400/hr pay-as-you-go | $375/hr prepaid (10-hour blocks)
- R44: $650/hr pay-as-you-go | $575/hr prepaid (10-hour blocks)
